Keenah is just irresistible – best face ever!
12/7/17 UPDATE: We have moved Keenah and Loala to separate fosters to see if they will adjust separately, and so far both are doing outstanding. Keenah’s foster’s singular comment was, “She is such a doll,” and we couldn’t agree more.
11/28/17: Keenah is definitely the more outgoing. Unlike her sister, she inhales her food. She also loves kids and other dogs and didn’t seem to care about my cats. This precious girl is completely housebroken, super sweet, and loves, loves attention. She always wants to cuddle with me. She did great in her crate when left alone.
11/21/17 FOSTER UPDATE: A wonderful friend to CLR is fostering these two pups over the holiday and let us know she could not believe how wonderful and easy they were. She only had accolades for them and we wanted to make sure we shared this with potential adopters. They have so much fun in daycare and do great with other pups too. Neither has had any accidents in her home and other than learning commands for their safety, we think they are just fantastic dogs.
11/1/17: UPDATE: Keenah and Loala were returned today because their adopters realized they made a commitment they were not ready for. They are a very bonded pair, and they reported there was nothing negative in their behavior, with exception of possibly being too interested in their cat. It is our hope they can be adopted together, or at least with a canine sibling. As with the majority of rescues, they should be able to adjust to cats and change if given enough time to transition to a new home. Now, they are back in our care waiting patiently for their family.
10/21//17 UPDATE: After spending the day with Kennah, we were amazed by her wonderful manners and sweet personality. She engaged beautifully with everyone she met and received 100% rave reviews.
