9-month-old Samson, a beautiful lab mix, just arrived at CLR. He was found as a stray in a rural area and is now safe from the elements. Prior to his arrival, Sampson was treated for demodex mange, which is healing nicely. This is not uncommon for a stray, so his coat should be looking much better before too long. His transporter said he was hesitant getting in the car but easily warmed up to her young son. She also commented that he was super sweet, which was confirmed today by the doctor who examined him and said, “He’s a really good guy!” We look forward to spending more time with him over the weekend.
