Please Note: You will notice that some questions on this application are applicable to adoption rather than fostering (e.g., vacation, medical expenses, etc.). The reason those questions are there is that we approve all of our fosters as adopters. While we don’t have a foster-to-adopt program, we do recognize that the occasional “foster fail” does happen, and we never want to be in a position to tell a foster family that they are not approved to adopt the dog that they are fostering.  Please answer these questions under the assumption that you mind at some point want to adopt (even if you consider that possibility very, very, remote).
