UPDATE
1/12/19 UPDATE: Buddy Holly is showing definite improvement and walking much better on a leash, although there is still room for improvement and consistent guidance. He is interested in other pups but hasn’t quite figured out how to play without too much exuberance. He has a very good disposition but will require consistent reminders and leadership to help him be the perfect family pet.
1/5/2019 VOLUNTEER UPDATE: Buddy Holly is a very affectionate, high energy dog who still needs guidance and leadership to learn his manners. He is easily distracted and he is often in play mode rather than focusing his attention on where it needs to be. Once he masters his leash manners and basic obedience, he will be a wonderful family companion. This should not be a deterrent as a dog can only respond appropriately if he/she has been taught.
