UPDATE
12/23/21 FOSTER UPDATE: Hi, it’s Dax!! My foster dad read my profile to me, and you know what? It’s exactly right. I do like other dogs a lot (and this new animal called a cat) but I like to be with my human the best. Right now, that human is my foster dad. I’m laying by his feet as I tell him what to type into the computer (my paws are too big for the little keys). I’ve been a very good boy, and he said I should tell you I haven’t had any accidents in the house. I guess that’s important. Lastly, he said to get something called a dictionary and look up man’s (or woman’s) best friend, and he’s pretty sure my picture will be there. Come see me soon because I would sure like to be your best friend!
Stunning Dax is a 3-year-old, sweet male who weighs a healthy 62 pounds. Like so many of our pups, he was found as a stray in TN. He is very friendly with everyone he’s met. Although he is good with other dogs, he really loves being with his humans. He has a wonderful temperament, listens well, and although he will benefit from additional training, he’s focused and learns very quickly. His transporter said he didn’t make a peep on his way to Cincinnati and was the best boy on the trip- we totally agree, he is a terrific dog!
