UPDATE

Duff is AKC, neutered, gorgeous and an absolute low-maintenance, lickin’ LOVE!! And never made a peep on his transport.

2/14/19 UPDATE: Yesterday, Duff was our lab ambassador at a Girl Scout meeting to help teach the girls about taking care of a pet. Duff was pure perfection and the best ambassador. He did great with all the young ladies, was so well behaved and had kisses for every one of the girls. We were so pleased to see Duff shine and frankly, we can’t believe he hasn’t found his family yet. We just love this little guy who is everything wonderful in one labbie package.

2/2/19 Volunteer Update: Duff is very affectionate and easily shares lots of kisses. As a young puppy, he still needs his manners reinforced and a reminder not to jump, but he is really a lover.

At only 11 months and 47 pounds, beautiful Duff has been passed around too much. An employee with a breeding kennel was given Duff as a “job perk”, but she lost interest in him and neglected to give him what he needed. She handed him off to someone else who made sure he was properly vetted and gained some needed weight. Once she felt he was ready, she contacted our friends in TN who in turn reached out to CLR. Duff remains a very happy and loving pup who deserves to settle into a permanent, loving family. We can’t imagine how confusing it has to be for such a young pup to be around and needs the continuity of a stable home.

He is another who arrived HW positive, but will successfully complete his treatment very soon. We have treated well over 200 HW positive pups and every single one is doing just fine.
