UPDATE

12/15/21 FOSTER UPDATE: Quick update as we continue through our 8 weeks with Hazel.  She is a complete doll and loves every human she ever meets- young or old.  She is a very good mama and takes care of her babies at 8 weeks to a level you don’t always see in a litter.

She does have some kind of fear at first with other dogs and growls a little at first meeting or two.  She needs to be introduced correctly with a leash and some walking, maybe crated to get comfortable with the other dog.  Once she begins to get settled, she will come around with that dog in the house.  She does great with my 80lb lab, but he is laid back and ignored her growliness.
Best home for her is a home with no other dogs who want a couch potato and a companion.  She loves to walk also and is good on a leash.  I know she can do well with other larger dogs, but you must be dog savvy and have a command voice with her – she is well trained and listens to me at all times.
Hazel will make someone in the right circumstances a Great companion!!!  We love her a lot.
