Hershey’s Chocolate KISS – ADOPTED

Fortunately, Kiss has joined our rescue so he can finally learn about family life. He was purchased from a breeder four years ago, stuck in an outside kennel, never received any vet care (let alone neutering), no training, and apparently not too much in the way of training.  One of his primary caregivers passed away, so the door opened for his surrender. When we hear of scenarios like this we can’t help but question why even get a dog?  We don’t have an answer, but we know we can turn all aspects of his former life around.  We were thrilled to learn he is very sweet and even appears to be housebroken.  He is a wiggly fella and strong but cowers if anyone raises his/her voice. Due to his lack of contact and guidance, he still needs to learn his boundaries and his own body.  He is a beautiful dog who just needs a chance to learn how to respond to leadership and he’ll warm up to a dose of kindness. Kiss has tremendous potential, and we know he has a mountain of love to share.
