UPDATE
3/1/20 VOLUNTEER UPDATE: Hobbit adores people and is very sweet, yet he is also a little timid and seems to prefer laying on your lap to going for walks. Since he’s so young, he needs guidance to learn some basic manners especially not to jump. Like so many dogs who find themselves in unfamiliar surroundings, he needs the warmth of a family to gain confidence and feel safe.
