Jaxx – ADOPTED

Jaxx, another precious pup, who at only 3 years of age was surrendered by his owner.  His transporter raved about his wonderful disposition and said he was a great traveler. His owners were no longer able to financially take care of his basic needs, so they wanted to make sure he went to a good home. Jaxx is great with larger dogs but does not always know how to play as nicely with little dogs, and we doubt he would be a good match with a cat. He adores kids but we would want to make sure if there is another dog present in the home that it is the right match, and that Jaxx is comfortable and confident around the other dog. If he is the only dog in the house, we imagine he would actually relish getting all the attention and will share his affection and an abundance of wet kisses. He is such a great find for CLR, and we promised we would find him the best home to love and care for this wonderful dog.

Note: Jaxx has tested borderline positive for heartworm. At the doctor’s advisement, we will treat him to make sure he is healthy and not at risk.
