UPDATE

8/14/19 MEDICAL UPDATE: Katey has osteoarthritis in both knees/bilateral acl damage. Right acl is probably a much older injury, left has arthritic changes, and not considered to be a surgical candidate. She does not limp or show any signs of pain or discomfort upon examination. Should she show and signs of discomfort, she can be prescribed medications for pain management.  Also, Katie also needs to gain some weight- likely 7-10 pounds, but keeping her on the leaner side is also advisable for a dog with arthritis and ACL damage.
