Libby is another mature dog at 6-7 years of age. She was found as a stray and this gentle soul is searching for a home to recuperate from surgery and a place that she feels safe and loved. She recently had a lump excised, and the pathology results diagnosed a mass cell tumor, but fortunately, the margins were all clean, so her prognosis is hopefully very positive. We expect or maybe just hope that it never returns, but our immediate goal is a loving home for Libby. It is devastating to think that she isn’t in a home that will nurture this sweet girl as she recovers and a promise to provide her all the love, safety, and security of a forever home and family.
