Darling Nellie is a charming 3-year-old who isn’t very large at only 51 pounds. She was dropped at a shelter by her owner when she moved in with her boyfriend. Unfortunately, a disabled member of his family was afraid of the dog, so the decision was made to surrender Nellie. This may be the first time we’ve heard this complaint, but Nellie was adopted but returned because the adopter complained that she was too calm. Considering her temperament, we believe she will be a perfect match for many of our families.
