UPDATE
3/11/19 FOSTER UPDATE: Nico is doing well. After talking to Robin (our trainer), we took a new approach to housebreaking, and while Nico wasn’t happy about it, she’s adapting. I don’t think she will ever be a dog that loves her crate, yet she’s learning to accept it, and we haven’t had accidents in TWO DAYS!
She really loves snuggling with people and dogs, she LOVES the cushy bed I got her, she’s friendly, confident, respectful. She loves playing with my dogs but knows when to back off. She is eating (but slowly) and though not particularly food driven, she will work for treats. The only thing I know for certain that she hates is rain-Saturday was a long day!
