It is always difficult to say goodbye to a beloved pet, but after a short 1.5 years, Otis’s family had to say goodbye. Why such a short time? Because this amazing family stepped up an took 12 year old Otis to ease his life as he aged and offer him the love he deserved. Cancer may have ended his life too soon, but his time with his family was filled with loving memories and this sweet boy passed peacefully surrounded by those he loved so dearly in return. His mom shared the following with us, and nothing we would add could be more meaningful.
It was a privilege to have this beautiful baby boy in our life. Otis made our world a better place. We are devastated but pray that he is pain free, breathing easy and running like crazy in heaven with snacks.
