At only 5 months, sadly, Regan was found as a stray. From his picture, where he appears a little hesitant before the camera, he looks like he would definitely benefit from some TLC. Once we are able, we will get some new photos when he isn’t so camera shy. His transporters said he was such a sweet and loving pup. It’s heartbreaking to imagine a young pup on his own without a family to keep him safe and cared for. He is ready to find his family and know how much he will benefit from the joy of having a loving family all his own.
