At only about 4 years of age, Sparky has had a very rough life after being abandoned and on his own for a very long time. We believe at one point there were some other dogs, but unsure as to what happened to them. Animal Control suspected the dogs were being shot at by surrounding neighbors, but we cannot confirm. Regardless, at 66 pounds, Sparky is underweight and undernourished. He has damaged teeth and has some hair loss. His beautiful face shares his sad story, but his heart is only filled with love. He has a very sweet disposition and desperately needs a loving family to provide him with the care he has not had for a very long time.
