Meet Raven! She is a 2 year old, 40lb black lab mix that was found stray in Kentucky. Raven has had a very tough journey. She is very emaciated and is in need of some love and care. She wandered up to a home and had puppies 10 weeks ago. Her puppies have all found homes, and now it’s time for Raven to find a family of her own!
Personality: Raven has been through a lot, arriving painfully underweight, but you’d never know it from her spirit. She’s a happy, gentle girl who gravitates toward people, soaking up every bit of attention she can get. Her tail wags at every kind word, and she’s eager to share her sweet, loving personality with everyone she meets. Raven is naturally curious, too—she loves to sniff and explore, and we’re sure her playful side will really shine once she’s feeling stronger and healthier.
Training: Raven is incredibly treat-motivated, which will make training a breeze in her new home. She walks well on a leash and doesn’t pull much. With time, patience, and love, Raven is sure to blossom into a confident, playful companion who will bring endless joy to her forever family.
