1/17/21 UPDATE: Bond arrived safely to CLR yesterday. Check back soon for an update!
The name’s Bond….like James Bond. I’m two years old and weigh 50lbs. Much like my namesake, I’m a very agile guy! I love swimming and playing fetch. Though I don’t own a little tuxedo, I do have a beautiful silky black coat!
Bond is another Canoe Labrador that was surrendered by a breeder when they were unable to sell him. Canoe labs are bred to be a smaller size and are small enough to jump out of a canoe without capsizing it. Bond has lived his entire life in a kennel. As a result, it will likely take him some time to adjust to all the nuances of living in a home for the first time. The volunteers who transported Bond to Cincinnati said he was such a good boy they almost snuck him home with them! We know Bond will be a loving addition to any family now that he’s finally being given the chance.
Cincinnati Lab Rescue is a 100% percent volunteer organization and depends on donations and adoption fees. Without this, we could not possibly sustain our organization. Thank you in advance! Donate Now
