Chiquita is a 2 yr old, 68 lb. easy going, friendly girl. She is a very trusting girl who is great with other dogs but not with cats. She arrived to CLR from a TN shelter as she was found as a stray. Chiquita is new to CLR so stay tuned for more updates on this adorable girl!

FOSTER UPDATE
Chiquita has settled into her foster home as if she has always been a part of the family. She is totally house trained and goes into her crate usually with no problem. From time to time, she needs a little treat to get her in, but once in she settles and is quiet all night. She is very well behaved, she only chews on her toys. She gets along with all of her foster siblings, both 2 legged and 4 legged. She has been introduced to all of her 4 legged neighbors while out for potty breaks, and has been very well mannered. Because she is heart worm positive, her trips outside have been brief and we haven’t been on any walks yet, but going out to potty on a leash has not been a problem. She seems to being doing well with her treatment, as we have noticed no symptoms. She takes all of her medication very easily as she is very food motivated. She is so loving and is quite the snuggler. She is pretty chill and she likes to be with her pack.
