Dave is a three-year-old yellow lab weighing in at 105 pounds. He’s a big boy with a heart to match! Dave is an owner surrender after his family no longer had time for him. We are excited to help him start the next chapter!
Dave is a socialite in the doggy world. Dave has earned the esteemed title of “Doggie Daycare Mayor” for his ability to get along famously with other dogs, making him the go-to playmate for pups of all sizes. Dave’s social prowess extends beyond the furry community; he is fantastic with all people and children. Dave’s heart is as big as his size, and he’s ready to share it with a loving household.
Dave has great house manners, and he knows all of the basics. Good boy, Dave!

Notes from his former owner….
- Plays well with other dogs! We’ve boarded him dozens of times, and he always does well.
- He loves going on walks and hikes
- We have three children and he has been around children his entire life. He is great with all humans
- He always wants to be around his family. He will lay right by your feet.
- He is not really into toys but he does like bones
- He loves water, but he is more of a wader than a swimmer
- He is good on the leash, but he will pull from time to time.
- He is prone to some allergies and yeast infections so we do provide some medication to help him feel more comfortable
