Meet Gunther! He is a 2 year old, 70lb yellow lab that was surrendered to a shelter.
Personality Gunther is pure joy! He is one happy boy! He loves playing with toys (and his foster brother), leisurely chewing on bones in the yard, and soaking up sunshine during his naps. Gunther is equally content snuggling up for love or relaxing on his own. He is great with both dogs and humans. Gunther is also a great adventure buddy. He’s always ready to explore —whether it’s on a stroll through the neighborhood or cruising in the car….he is a great companion!
Training: Gunther is housetrained and sleeps soundly through the night. He walks wonderfully on a leash, taking in all the good sniffs along the way!
With his easygoing personality and loving nature, Gunther will make a wonderful companion for a very lucky family. ❤️
Medical disclosure: Gunter appears to have a preexisting leg injury. He will be undergoing additional testing to determine prognosis and treatment plan (if needed)
Updates
Gunther has been in our home for 3 days and he is pure joy! He has adjusted to our routine wonderfully. It’s so fun watching him play with new toys (including his foster brother) and leisurely chewing on bones in the yard. He loves car rides and even went on a field trip to Columbus over the weekend and did great in the car. He loves snuggle time but also loves taking naps in the sun. He takes in all the sniffs while taking walks and does wonderfully on his leash. He sleeps through the night and is housetrained. He will make a wonderful dog to a lucky family❤️
