HANK – ADOPTED

Hey there…my name’s Hank! I’m 4 years old. Despite being an adult dog, I have a youthful spirit with a little bit of puppy energy. I can be timid around new people, but I’m looking forward to meeting you!

Hank is a Golden Retriever. He was surrendered by his owners to a shelter in Robertson County, KY. Our intake coordinator saw him on Facebook and immediately reached out to a volunteer at the shelter. Hank is a beautiful boy, and we wanted to adopt him out through rescue to ensure he ends up with a family that will provide the care he deserves. While he may not be a Labrador, he IS a Retriever, and we’re so happy to have a chance to help him.

Hank has lived his entire life in a cage up until this point, so his coat was a bit of a mess when he arrived. We coordinated grooming and are getting him all cleaned up! He’s a very good boy and loves soft food and treats. We’re eager to find this boy a forever family to love on him!
