One look at this gorgeous 9-month-old puppy and we knew we could find him a forever home. He was given away by his original owner, and then that family decided they didn’t have time for a dog, so he was surrendered to a shelter. The shelter, in turn, reached out to the original owner, who said, I will take him and keep him chained outside. Fortunately, the shelter said, “No thanks, we will find a rescue” and that’s where CLR comes in. Lad is good with kids, other dogs, and remarkably, loves all people – just another resilient pup with a huge heart. His transporter said after a short while, he quietly settled in his crate, walks well on a leash, takes treats nicely, and very friendly. Like any pup, we know he will need to have his manners reinforced. One look at his sweet face, and we know the best family will rescue him soon and provide a loving home.
