Meet Monkey! He is a 10 month old, 77lb lab that was found stray in Mississippi.
Personality: Monkey is a young black lab with an upbeat and friendly personality. His trusting and happy nature shines through in everything he does. Despite his age, he is relatively calm and has a confident demeanor. Monkey is gentle and generally well-mannered. He greets people appropriately….no jumping! Yay!
Training: Monkey knows a few of the basics. He is housetrained and knows how to sit. He also does great on a leash! He is very treat motivated so it should make training a breeze. He is eager to please!
Interests: Monkey loves to run and play, so a yard would be ideal for him. He loves to explore and he is always up for an adventure. He interacts well with people and is very friendly!
Updates
I had Monkey these past few days, and I wanted to share an update. First, he loves people and dogs! He was introduced to a few children and was very polite, no jumping! He has never met a stranger and will snuggle or play with anyone he meets. He is potty trained and knows a few commands. He is very food motivated and eager to please his humans so training will be a breeze for him. He loves going on walks and running around in the yard. He is so sweet and playful, an all around awesome dog.
