UPDATE
FOSTER UPDATE: Mugsy has come a long way from when he first came to the rescue and into our home. He has learned to settle down and will lay on one of the many dog beds he has to choose from just to chill. He does very well with other dogs and has even met our cat with no reaction. Like most dogs, his family will need to continue to give him guidance and maintain consistency and structure. Mugsy deserves someone who will love him for all his silliness and embrace this lovable, goofy boy as much as we do.
