OTTER – ADOPTED

Hi – I’m Otter! I’m two years old and weigh 5olbs. I got my name because I have a beautiful silky coat and LOVE to swim…just like a little otter! I’m a social guy and like to run around and play with my buddies. I’m hoping I get to go home with a fun, active family!

Otter is another Canoe Labrador that was surrendered by a breeder when they were unable to sell him. Canoe labs are bred to be a smaller size and are small enough to jump out of a canoe without capsizing it. Otter has lived his entire life in a kennel. As a result, it will likely take him some time to adjust to all the nuances of living in a home for the first time. We hope to get him into foster soon so we can learn more about his little personality and begin to make progress towards acclimating him to life in a home.
