SPARTA – ADOPTED

Hey there friends…I’m Sparta! I’m roughly one year old and weigh 70lbs. I’m a playful guy that loves being around other dogs! Hopefully you’ll come meet me soon!

Sparta was originally surrendered by his former owners to a shelter in Gallatin County, Kentucky. They lived in a rural area and made the decision to give Sparta up after he chased and killed a few of their chickens. While Sparta may not get along with chickens, we do know that he does loves to play with other pups! Unfortunately, that’s about all we know about this boy at this time as his owners left very few details. We hope to learn more about his personality in the weeks ahead and will update his bio as we learn more!
