UPDATE
FOSTER UPDATE: This puppy has kept me in shape at least during all of this. She really smart and catches on quickly. She’s peeing on her pads by the doors if she can’t get outside. She loves breakfast and dinner, and every treat in between. She loves apples, carrots, dried sweet potatoes, and peanut butter.. Her coat is looking so much nicer and thicker. I feel badly she doesn’t really have a name yet. I’ve been calling her Peanut for the past several days. Just because she’s the smallest. Baby, Puppy, Peanut. Poor thing needs a real name. I just weighed her and she weighed in at 16lbs! =)
Starbright is a precious 10 weeks old puppy who immediately joined her wonderful foster family. She is a tiny bundle of sweetness and her foster mom already renamed her Cuddles. It’s so difficult to imagine all 12 pounds of her roaming on her own as a stray. She has started some medication for some skin issues, received her first round of vaccines, a nice bath, and will finally be on a healthy diet. We are so grateful to provide Cuddles love and safety and since her foster mom described her as the sweetest little girl, we doubt it will be long before she finds her forever home.
