UPDATE
VOLUNTEER UPDATE: Trooper loved his walk today and his tail never stopped wagging. He likes everyone he meets and his confident and friendly personality doesn’t seem disturbed by loud noise or other dogs in passing. He’s always up for a game of fetch and even knows a few commands. He sits and lays down when given instruction.
