6/14/20 FOSTER FIRST IMPRESSION: Cinnamon is very affectionate-lots of kisses! She knows her basic commands and appears to be housetrained. And foster mom’s addendum: This.dog.is.awesome! I love her so much! and…no surprise, she is now affectionately known as Meatball.

When their elderly owner was admitted to the hospital, both Cinnamon and Cotton found themselves homeless. A kind neighbor reached out to rescue, with the owner’s permission, to help them find a new home. Cinnamon is a 78-pound female. Although we would love to keep Cinnamon and Cotton together, we know that isn’t always possible. We did not receive very much information about them other than being good with other dogs and people. Considering the age of their former owner and lack of recent medical care prior to their arrival, we presume they will require some leash manners and some basic reminders. Our focus is always on temperament and adult dogs are very capable of adapting to a new home. There are many of us that prefer more mature dogs and wouldn’t consider anything else.

Add both of these pups as HW positive and have begun their treatment. It is imperative that everyone provides HW prevention year long for their dogs.

We apologize this is the only photo we currently have for this beautiful 6-year-old girl. We hope to get a new photo soon.
