KINGSTON – ADOPTED

Kingston is only one year old and was surrendered by his owner after he was seriously attacked by another dog.  We do not know if the owner wasn’t in a position to help him or if there was another reason.  His injury was on his hind leg and fortunately, he is doing so much better and on his way to a full recovery. He doesn’t like to share is food bowl with other dogs, but is fine for his human to stick his hand in his food.  Perhaps this was part of the event that caused the attack- we do not know. He also digests his food best with a raised bowl, which is a very minor requirement and this is often recommended for many pups. Currently he is 53 pounds of delicious chocolate who has been described as very gentle and easy. He has been through quite a frightening time and remains as sweet as can be – another testament to the resilency of dogs.
