Lucille is a 3 year old, 57lb lab mix that was found stray in Kentucky.
Personality: Lucille is as sweet as can be! She was a little bit shy at first but has started to blossom in foster care. She has quickly adjusted and spent the first few days exploring the house, resting in her crate, and observing from a distance. With affection and encouragement, Lucille has started to come alive! She gets along wonderfully with the family’s two dogs and has a calm, friendly demeanor.
Training: Lucille is house trained – yay! She will become animated and go to the door when she needs outside. She is also crate trained. She views her crate in the bedroom as her safe space. She enters it willingly and sleeps quietly through the night. Lucille is also a great eater and consumes slowly. She also takes treats gently. She is such a sweet and gentle girl!
Interests: Lucille enjoys long daily walks with the other dogs. She loves other dogs! When she is not exploring the outdoors, she enjoys snuggling up inside and hanging out with the pack.
Disclosure: Lucille is great around dogs but she is not cat friendly.
