Wiggly, happy Scottie is 9 months old and weighs 46 lbs. He is very friendly and trusting with everyone he meets including dogs and is not timid at all. He walks well on the leash as the video below shows and is happy to be around other dogs. Not cat friendly. This handsome boy has a lot of kisses, love and tail wags to share with his new family.

FOSTER UPDATE
We have only had Scottie 48 hours and he is super sweet and affectionate. His appearance, temperament and personality seem to be lab/golden retriever combo. He’s a big cuddle bug. He seems to be settling in now. Today was the first day he did any kind of typical dog napping throughout the day as he was still transitioning to our home. He is still getting use to sleeping in the crate at night but is improving each night.We took him with us to visit a brewery Saturday and he was absolutely perfect, lying next to our table and enjoying all the new friends (humans and dogs) who came up to greet him. He seems to be fine with younger children.We are working on house training. I don’t think he’s had much (if any) of this, so are working on positive reinforcement when he goes outside. He does jump up on us occasionally, so we are trying to curb that behavior. He does bark when he sees anyone outside, but it is not excessive at all.
