Meet Squatch! He is a 9 month old, 80lb boy that arrived with Big Foot. This sweet boy arrived at CLR after he was found stray in Tennessee. He has a great temperament and is great with both people and other dogs.

Squatch has been a perfect house guest since arriving on Wednesday. He loves to be part of a pack as he enjoys the company and security of our two labs, age 3 and 5. It is hard to believe that he is 9 months old because Squatch he has a very laid back, confident, calm demeanor and has no problem entertaining himself. He feels very secure with his crate and sleeps, eats and occasionally will lay in it when left open during the day. He sleeps in his crate from 10 pm to 6 pm with no problem. He enjoys walks and does well on the leash. He enjoys the fenced yard and wild life.
Squatch is still learning the “lay of the land” of a house. It is apparent that in his prior life he did not live inside a house as he does not know how to go up and down stairs and initially had issues going through doorways but has improved greatly. Also, he is working on loading and unloading in cars but is such a well behaved boy in the car. He has had no accidents in the house nor crate. He aims to learn and please the house rules. Also, he has discovered toys and loves them all.
Squatch is an amazing dog and any family that has him in his home will quickly see how lucky they are to have him as part of their family.
