3/30/20 FOSTER UPDATE: Meet Ruffus! He’s a chocolate lab mix who’s 3 years old and came all the way from a shelter in Tennessee. He adores people and carries plenty of affectionate energy! Ruffus would make a perfect pal for young, active people. He’s housebroken and good on a leash and pleasant with other dogs. A young, happy dog for people of equal happiness!
Ruffus has come a long way in one week! He used to be highly excitable during walks and mealtime, but he’s improved greatly! He’s more patient. His need for love, however, is still as high as ever! So that means he may need to work on his personal distancing and requires some training with food as he is a gobbler. As a former stray, he is alert for food from any source. He is calm when crated. He’s also a fast learner!
